3D printing or Bioprinting - a grave yard technology!

This is an interesting article which supports our thoughts which we published in early 2000's. It is interesting that 3D bioprinting is still being hyped for fictional reasons when such factual publications exists in the public domain. A break down of this article shows that if a single cell type is processed at low densities there is a significant population of cells that die. Just image if a multiple cell type suspension was processed together with a high viscosity biopolymer which would generally ensure that the deposits maintain their integrity once deposited.

Note well folks 3D printing or bioprinting as hyped is a technology in the graveyard!
