3D printed Head Expander - there is more to come

Es wurde kein Alt-Text für dieses Bild angegeben.

We thought about how we could make a pragmatic solution for small shakers cost-effectively, quickly, easily, universally?

Here comes the solution - 3D printing !

Combined with know-how, experience and understanding of mechanical vibration.

Lightweight construction - only 4.5 kg

Breadboard grid - 25 mm for M6 - metal sleeves

Clamping surface - 300 x 300 mm

The FEM analysis was already very promising.?

Mode# - Frequency(Hz)

1 - 1828,8

2 - 1951,9

3 - 1957,2

4 - 3712,9

5 - 4350,9

The investigation of the properties will follow soon.

The comparison to expectation and reality becomes interesting.

Good Vibrations are my daily business! Literally and figuratively…

Interesting! I always wonder if 3D printed material has a sufficient dynamic strength to withstand (in the long run) the vibration loads due to inherent defects caused by 3D printing?
