Located in Los Angeles, this 14-story office building in the Hollywood Boulevard Commercial and Entertainment District. The building fills the gap between the bigger commercial edifices located one block towards the east and its more diminutive historic counterparts, particularly the nearby Security Trust & Savings building (1920) which is covered in terra-cotta.

In fact, there are more than one stages for this project, because our client changed the design more than once. No matter what the updated design was, our 3D team responded promptly and workout out the results as fast as possible. In the end, these 3D renderings impressed the juries and the presentation went well. We love these renders along with our client.

Wilshire Courtyard

In Los Angeles’ highly sought-after Miracle Mile, the redevelopment of Wilshire Courtyard creates a new, two-tower mixed-use destination from an old office complex and unused land. The design features of this structure include “fins” under the bridges linking the towers, green planting across the structure, and glazing fa?ade of garage floors.

To bring the above features to life, our visuals emphasize on the texture of the fa?ade, especially the glass quality. Meanwhile, our 3D artists recommended a twilight view to have better presentation of the glass material and human activities inside the buildings.

450 Mission

Situated between the Salesforce Tower and Waldorf Astoria, on 450 Mission Street, San Francisco, this tower is the new proposal for Mandarin Oriental. Covered with soft bronze metal, this fa?ade of this tower makes it incredibly charming and standout among the neighborhood.

There are two renders: semi-aerial view for presentation and public viewing, and aerial view for Mandarin’s global marketing. Interestingly, in the semi-aerial view, we made all surrounding buildings transparent boxes. In this way, the main structure stands out in such a busy context.
