3aaa Apprenticeships

At 3aaa Apprenticeships we have a range of exceptionally talent young people available in our applicant pools at the moment who are seeking apprenticeships in IT, Digital Marketing and Accountancy to kick-start their career. Do I have any connections that are aware of any opportunities for these young people?

I met an apprentice who I had placed on an IT Level 3 apprenticeship well over a year ago who has progressed onto a Level 4. The impact they have had on the business has been first-class and here is what they had to say;

''After choosing A Levels that I wasn't enjoy studying, I started looking for an apprenticeship in IT and I came across the 3aaa academy in Newcastle to which I got in touch with. Almost immediately, I received a warming response from Luke who invited me to come in for a short interview where I was shown around the academy and met the rest of the friendly staff. After gathering exactly what I was looking for, just a couple of days later I was sent through a vast amount of apprenticeship opportunities; there was so many options! Once I reviewed which ones I thought would suit me the most, I let Luke know who then passed me onto Michelle, who arranged an interview with the employer and gave me everything possibly I would need. Thanks to Michele; who knew going into an interview could be so relaxing? My great experience with 3aaa didn't just stop there once I had secured my apprenticeship, this continued in both the academy and visits from my assessor - the support from every member of staff is truly incredible! I would like to finally say a huge thank you to everyone at the academy who helped me complete my Level 3 and I'm now just about to start Level 4”
