Introduction
In today's "People Skills" newsletter, we're sharing with you our selection of 10 of the best course exercises for teambuilding.
These exercises are fun to play and, when designed well with good introductions and feedback, a memorable addition to your training.
The exercises include "I Need Them and They Need Me", "The Trust Maze", and "Who Would You Choose?".
Everyone in your organisation is almost certain to be part of a team, so, why not work through these fun teambuilders now and select one, two, or more for your next team meeting or awayday?

07. The Trust Maze
This exercise gets the members of the team to help their colleagues find their way round a maze of chairs blindfolded.
08. Thanks For Being In Our Team
This exercise gets each person to tell every other member of the team why they appreciate them being in the team.
09. Who Would You Choose?
This exercise gets trainees to think about the different contributions to teamwork other team members could make.
