55 Million and Counting: Job Hunting After the Crisis

We are all living through something that has never happened before. Now, even more than in 2008-2010, now more than post 9/11, we need to help one another and return in the process of returning to work.

A few weeks ago, at a time when we were "only" at 22 million jobs lost as a result of the decision to shut down the US economy for the safety of the American people, I wrote an article and published it on LinkedIn, "Finding a Job After the Covid-19 Crisis."

I appreciate the many messages I received after publishing it thanking me for it and how helpful it was.

I've added two additional pieces to the advice. The first is a conversation with Olivia Jaras where we share some of our thinking about how to handle certain situations in a video called,

I hope you find the advice helpful and share it with your networks and in your feed. People need advice and are often too proud or too ashamed to ask for it. They think they are "supposed to know what to do."
