Every now and then I get a listing that will make me rethink living in the City.

Being from Brooklyn( Bed-Stuy) and now in the heart of SW Atlanta, I have had my share of urban life and live/love it each day. Then, I get a call about a possible listing in Douglasville. Not Chappell Hill Douglasville (the side I really like, being it has one of the largest Malls I have ever been to) but the call is for a listing in Douglasville the Paulding County side. Needless to say my thoughts were all over the place when I was given directions to the house... "Where?.. Cross over the tracks!!?"

However, when I arrived to the subdivision, I could immediately tell it was not your typical subdivision with the same cookie cutter homes I had expected. This home and community were built with purpose!
