37% of young people in Finland express dissatisfaction with their lives, according to The Zekki Finland report compiled by Diakonia University of Applied Sciences' innovation centre.
The report emphasises the importance of overall well-being, including everyday life, engaging activities, sufficient income, security, social connections, optimism, purpose, and life satisfaction. And, emphasises the need for comprehensive measures to address the distress among young people and considers all aspects of their lives.
