#365DayChallenge

As we close out 2019 its time to reflect on our past 12 months accomplishments as well as the goals we did not reach. My recommendation is not to spend a great deal of time on the past but more importantly plan your strategy for a successful 2020. Most likely you didn’t meet or accomplish all of goals for 2019. Some of our shortcomings are simply due to lack of time, poor planning or simply not starting a task out of fear of failure.  Fear of failure is one of the most common reasons we don’t meet a goal and it often means we didn’t even start or attempt to move forward. My challenge for all of us in 2020 is to develop a strategy to start and finish our goals for the year. It’s a new year and an opportunity for a fresh start. 

I also would challenge us to identify one item each day that made you happy. Please post a reply daily of one single thing you did that made it a great day. I am going to call it the #365DayChallenge If we have at least one thing we are grateful for each day it's going to be a great 2020.

My item today was spending time with my daughter working out. We spent an hour on the treadmill and elliptical machines which was greatly needed to start the day.
