What is this title you ask? ?? Read down to understand...
Some may expect me to write on complex formulas and workflow designs and what a shocker that I am not doing so (I keep this for my blog digitalfrancois.com) but instead, here is a more personal reflection on my latest self-discovery and the outcome that I had to make happen: helping more people like me!?
?
Personal Discovery: I lived with ADHD?for half a century!
After years and too many friends telling me that “I am so like that...”, I got a diagnosis!?
A few weeks ago, I officially learned that I officially have ADHD (primarily attention deficit, how not surprising!). This discovery has been both surprising and eye-opening, helping me better understand myself and how I work. Reflecting on this journey, I?can see all the things that I forgot but found workaround, all the distractions that limited me from finishing some tasks and fixes that I applied to still succeed. And then... it also started to make sense that many of the professionals I coach shared similar experiences—they come to me for one-to-one coaching and later share that they, too, are neurodivergent.?
?
Your Personal Trainer for Microsoft Technology?
Did you know that many professionals contact me for personalised, one-to-one coaching, often referring to me as their "PT for Technology"? Not just Microsoft 365. I am asked to help them making sense of a lot of digital tools they use or their family mentioned to them to use! These sessions are tailored to their unique needs—whether it’s solving technical issues, learning new tools, or enhancing workflows. I’ve found that a significant number of these clients are neurodivergent, which inspired me to take my support further.?

2 个月Congratulations Fran?ois Souyri I had an #autism diagnosis in 2020. It made a lot of things make sense, and just as important is not to be afraid to share this in open and beat a drum to those that come after us.

2 个月hey mate, and welcome to the club.. It's been a while. After years of "It shouldn't be this hard", and beating myself up over stuff I knew I could do?but would struggle to start or leaving things to the last moment when it always felt like a light would turn on, and the machine would kick in. I got myself tested about 12months ago and had presented as Combined type ADHD.. So the best of both worlds !! Knowing this now makes so much more sense, and the folks around me are all like, yup, no surprises here. Getting to fully understand my superpowers has now changed everything for me, both personally and professionally. Wishing ou luck on your journey.
