You can pair it with coffee, cherries, whipped cream, Italian buttercream, coconut....the possibilities are endless. Leadership is like a good cake. Don't limit the possibilities. You start with the common denominator, a cake, and expand at the rate of your imagination.

To be effective, you only need to look for the commonalities in your team and find a way forward by using the commonality as the motivation to meet goals with imagination. An effective leader doesn't judge their team by what makes them different. An effective leader evaluates their workforce by what binds them together.
