So, I forgot to tell you about this...
I’m creating a meditative space – a rolling list of daily gratitude reflections for 2025. Each day, I’ll share one unique thing I’m grateful for – no repeats!
Life moves fast, and I need this space to pause, reflect, and appreciate the moments that matter. Honestly, this needs to become more of a discipline for all of us. I’m not overthinking it – just posting whatever comes to mind, but I’m making sure to reflect on why it matters.
Feel free to follow along or join in!

1 个月I started a daily gratitude reflection practice last summer. I would write 3 things I was grateful for at the end of each day. At first I thought they had to be deep, then as they went on the simple things were often just as important as the deep ones. Doing it daily definitely takes discipline and memory because some nights I'd go straight to bed and forget to do it! Thanks for the nudge to pick it back up again this year. Grateful for you!
