If you're reading this article, it means you've better resources than 90 per cent of people in the world who have access to mobile, the internet and LinkedIn. If you do have a degree, you're 96 per cent better. Yet still, people give themselves to the mediocre thought of I'm not good enough.
There are not so many people set to get what you've right now. Instead of craving for or dwelling in the imaginary future. Take some time to do a gratitude practice. Come to the present and think of things which you do appreciate.
Practising daily gratitude is one of the good habits you can form for yourself. Gratitude practice boosts the immune system and improves mental health, relationships and optimism.
How can we start gratitude practice? There are multiple ways to practice gratitude. Yet, a simple way is by journaling. Buy yourself a journal or a diary and start writing down the good things which happen to you day in and day out. Choose a comfortable timing either morning, evening or both and keep it as a regular practice.
A simple 5-10 minutes of this practice will help you see the good things even on stressful days. Initial days can be difficult to find the good things in your day. Our brains are wired to spot down all the bad things which helped us safe in the ancient world. This simple practice helps re-wire our brains.
Thanks for reading!! Make it a nice day :)
