HAPPY Q2, EVERYONE!
Now that Q1 is over - all those quotas hit or missed are long gone.
It is time to relax - for 3-5 minutes - and get back to work and make sure all those Q2 targets are smashed for good! ??
Nothing drives me more than looking into our team goals for a quarter & seeing an impeccable alignment towards one big mega goal:

LIFE IS NOT FULL OF ROSES
One of the best things about working with SMBs is seeing their businesses flourish and grow as you work with them throughout the years.
However, life is not full of roses, and this case below also happens, and we sadly see them go - until they re-establish elsewhere & we bump into each other. ??

Tech providers - like myself - also started to see their agency partners like their Customer Success teams - not just Marketing or Sales - in the sense that having an agency partner involved in a client's case helps retain that client within the service.
Partnerships are not just the referrals or intros you get.
It's more like acting as a power-up for both sides (agency & tech provider) & aiming at delivering much more value than it'd be provided just by one side.

Our Shopify focus goes just beyond a simple integration between Shopify & Prisync - product data coming in & out or sth. - it addresses even very particular use cases the merchants face while making?#pricing ?decisions across the board.
One critical business scenario we have faced with our dynamic pricing engine throughout time was our merchant's need to manage all their variants' prices. As we optimized them one by one, we were repricing those variants' (S-M-L, etc.) prices differently. Even though, in theory, they were optimized for business, they were not optimized for customer experience.
Our product team accepted that challenge and built the most flexible variant-based repricing feature available in the whole dynamic pricing landscape - not just Shopify.
