[3/6] Guarantee World-Class Results So People Keep Referring You Forever (PhD-Level Skills)

"What are the most important parts of my business I can share so you hit $20k per month?"
Today, we'll talk about how you can deliver the most elite results as a coach, consultant, or expert.
Let's get into it.
The first thing you focused on when you started your business was how to get leads & clients.
And even though you hate looking salesy, you were able to convince yourself that it had to be done.
I hate to be the bearer of the bad news but... leads, content, and personal branding is NOT something you start with.
You start with this one thing that no one ever talks about:
"How the hell will you get world class results for your clients?"
That's exactly what I'll cover in this issue.
I'll also give you the system I adopted from my PhD to guarantee massive client results FAST- my guess is that people will copy this soon, so you better be early.
First things first...completely drop the idea of "low-ticket" if you want to get world class results.
It's a trap, a fallacy, and it looks easy but it is not unless you have a huge audience.
"No, you won't just make it once and become a millionaire"
I know because I had a low-ticket community for 3 years.
In January 11th 2024, Alex Hormozi & Sam Ovens (now Iman Ghadzi has joined), the goats of the online education & coaching world joined forces and started pushing low-ticket communities.
It was a disaster waiting to happen.
They realized it in late 2024 and pivoted to high-ticket by introducing annual options which essentially is high-ticket.
The reason simply is that people got mediocre results.
Here's my thoughts around why high-ticket is better for getting world-class results:
Now that's out of the way, let's talk about another major thing that stops client's from getting results.
Useless labels.
Many people box themselves within labels.
You see it all around LinkedIn with these fancy headlines.
If you ever told yourself: "I have all these skills & talents... I don't know what to focus on", labelling yourself will suffocate & end you.
PhD, ICF, CFA, PMO, PCC, CTO, Eng...or whatever.
I think that is the OLD way of doing things.
So old that they still walk around with a pager and look for dinosaurs with the Flintstones.
Also, those labels push you to design products, services, and content within your box.
Which are usually things people neither care about nor get results from.
(other than your co-workers of course, but they are not your clients)
Think about it, what do people pay for in coaching, consulting, and education businesses?
Access to your brain and expertise because they believe you can help them get an outcome (with certainty).
They pay for access.
That is the most thing they value.
YOU are the product.
They don't pay you to ask questions, give solutions, or even slap them every time they make a mistake.
Thus confining yourself with labels forces you to create workshops, do sessions, create content, that people don't want.
So based on this, I decided long ago, even with all the fancy labels I've gathered long ago...
I'm NOT a professor.
I'm not a PhD.
I'm not a coach.
I'm not a consultant.
I'm not a mentor.
And I'm not a service-provider.
I'm whatever-is-needed to get you from point A to point B.
Where some days I have to consult and give people the answers.
Some days I have to coach and help people unlock the answers within.
Some days I have to mentor and show people how I’d do it and give perspective.
I see myself as someone who has done some fun stuff that works, and I solve problems with/for others.
And by being a "whatever-is-needed", we get world-class results.
That is the NEW way.
All the above led me to create Access Offers?.
Where people get to decide how much access they want to you to get an outcome.
They choose their journey by deciding how fast they want to get there and how much they're willing to pay.
(the more they pay= the more access they have to you = the faster they'll get to the outcome... simple)
And the choices they have depends on the choices you give them based on how much:
By having a percentage of each within your access offer, you can guarantee client results.
So instead of saying:
"I'm a coach and I'll ask you a couple of questions to get the answer out of you... because of our code of ethics"...
or "I'm a consultant and here is the answer to what you want"...
Craft a tiered access offer and get them there.
I hear you saying... "But I'm not certified to do it".
Nobody cares.
People only care about results... not certifications.
Let me show you exactly how my Access Offers looks like:
Note: all the tiers solve for 1 outcome - to help you build a $1m/year coaching, consulting, or education business one step at a time.
Also for the technological tools, I've tried all of them and here are my preferences (what I use):
Community - I use WhatsApp communities (this is free - or your phone bill cost)
Resources - I use Skool to host my resources (I pay $99/month)
Calls - I use Zoom to run all the 1:1 and group calls (I pay $13.33/month)
Now for the system I promised you at the beginning...
If you want to guarantee world class results and become number 1 in your market, you need to answer this:
"Why don't people get results even when everything is provided to them?"
If you've worked with clients in the past, you know what I'm talking about.
The answer is overwhelm.
But how do they get overwhelmed?
By being slapped with templates, videos, material, checklists, and 5x bonus calls they need to schedule the instant they join.
And by NOT having a clear roadmap on the immediate next steps.
This gets clients confused where they start to overthink everything... and if they made the right decision to pay you.
Which puts them in a negative spiral.
They then jump around through your program missing crucial steps as they overthink.
Where they start blaming themselves that your program is not for them.
And this murders their confidence with time which leads to them taking no action...hence get no results.
And that's when you get the classic break-up message: "it's me, it's not you...I want to pause".
If you have a client in that spiral right now... you need to save them FAST.
Send a loom video telling them to forget everything they're thinking off and focus on the immediate next steps that'll get them quick wins.
But... how do you get rid of it in the first place?
Through gamification, my friend.
This is some PhD-level curriculum building secrets right here.
The reason curriculums look like crap at the beginning of the year is not to overwhelm you & not to take your focus away from what percentage is allocated to attendance.
How I've done it in Seyola is I've sequenced everything very carefully through a level system & locked all levels except for level 1.
So when someone joins, they can't jump around and miss foundational concepts... because all they have is level 1.
And the only way I unlock the next level is when they submit "PROOF" they have completed it.
This has been an absolute game changer in the speed people get results.
