And yes, mistakes there were. Like the grain on the photo above which was a "lucky" mistake while processing the film. It was lucky mainly because I managed to save the whole film.

But the thrill of not immediately knowing the result of your work, of crafting a photo from conceptualising it and seeing it through the development and printing is priceless.

Yes it’s special - I have used digital cameras since 97 and now find nyself using photoshop plugins to get the feel of Fuji velvia and Kodachrome 25

4 年No - he does it for money! One of his friends has a camera / photo / art supplies shop and Adam has a particular skill with developing old black & white films so he gets called in to do it.
