What does it mean to you to be a long-time member of the Nordson team???

I have enjoyed working for the company for 35 years. Many colleagues from the beginning have been with me for a long while. It has been a lot of fun to grow the Nordson business in the DACH region together.?

How has Nordson supported your professional development and growth??

My managers have always had an open ear for me and have been very supportive of my career.?

What role has teamwork and collaboration with colleagues played in your success at Nordson???

Teamwork is very important in the Technical Service, especially on joint assignments at home and abroad, you can't do without mutual support. You also need to communicate regularly with Sales colleagues to make sure we are all moving in the same direction.?

What advice would you give to new employees just starting their career at Nordson??

I have learned that if you want to get ahead at Nordson, you have to show it. Commitment and a willingness to go the extra mile are very important. And the following applies to Nordson, which makes it for new employees easy to understand: nothing is as constant as change.??
