The easiest $35M decision ever made.

Maybe that is a drastic over simplification of the process.

All of that can be & was extremely difficult, but one simple decisions was made back in 2019.

The decision by that leadership team to hire a coach, a strategic thinker to help them clarify the vision and plan of the company and it’s future.

That ‘???????? ????????????????’ has brought them to a year over year doubling in their valuation.

An average annual growth of 18% since 2019.

And massive opportunity in front of them, even in a recession.

It’s time for me to take the leap.

It’s time to make the decision I have avoided making for the last 6 months.
