1 年So true. The interviewee is interviewing the interviewers just as much as they are being interviewed - ask the right questions and uncover any red flags!

1 年Great answer as always. Candidates should definitely let companies know they have options, too. The people who have two offers to choose from? This is why - they mention final interviews or offers, even proactively if they haven't heard back from a company they like, and if they were on the company's shortlist it lights a fire under their asses to make an offer.
