The FDA notifies the public of a priority review voucher for the drug CASGEVY.?
The pharmaceutical is manufactured by Vertex Pharmaceuticals and is used to treat sickle cell.?
HHS issues a final rule regarding the EHR Reporting Program of the Cares Act by establishing new guidelines for health IT developers under the ONC Health IT Certification Program. The rule addresses topics, which range from “decision support interventions” to “electronic case reporting.” Additional topics that are addressed by the final rule include expanding information sharing and data interoperability.?
The final rule is effective February 8, 2024.?
