Final blower door test (Average of positive and negative pressure tests) is .32 ach 50Pa. Good job to the guys at demetrick Housewrights for another GREAT build!!! The .32 test (well under the req'd .60 for PH) is the final component to certification of Passive House. Also note this house is ZERO ENERGY + with battery storage. This build will never operate above "0"............ and it's the second PAssive House in Rhode Island.....

Nice execution. Beautiful home that helps the environment and the owners energy costs. This is where we need to get all new construction headed.

That's awesome Steve! Great work to the entire team including the owners. Looks amazing on top of it all. Those windows really pop. A bold color selection that came out great.
