32+ Companies do more than 20k for internships in Sri Lanka

After a bit of research, I found 32+ companies do more than 20k for internships in Sri Lanka. The total engagement was more than 50K.

Sri Lanka's rupee depreciated near 100% compared to United Status Dollar within two months' time. So everyone facing difficulties including students. I previously did a survey to find companies pegged to the dollar, now we have nearly 150 companies on that list. I believe this is the time to help students.

Caution: Internship is not only about earning, it's more of a learning opportunity you gain through your university period. Please keep that in mind and be thankfull to your company for providing it.

Note: This is nothing related to my current employer. I created this list just to help students. When I was a student I had the same problems nobody was there for me to show the right direction. When you select our internship be conscious of the learning opportunities as well. There are some companies that do not pay much but there are great opportunities to learn.

These insights are really valuable. Thank you for doing this. It'll be really interesting if you could do something similar for ASE, SE and SSE hierarchies. Also it would be great to have an idea of average percentage of yearly increase (adjusted to the inflation) for the each hierarchy within the industry in general.

I think interns should forcus on tech stack but not the salary benifits. Focus on technology and skills . Sallary follows. When you have right skills, salary and demand comes automatically ??
