When we started our outsourcing journey in August 2020, we were a small team of just five people, driven by a big vision: to transform the outsourcing industry and "IMPACT the Society". Over the years, we’ve learned invaluable lessons, faced challenging seasons, and celebrated remarkable achievements with a workforce of more than 200 in the first 3 years.

As we prepare to enter 2025, we are focused on one bold goal: to grow our team to 500 staff by 31st December 2025. It’s an ambitious target—some might even call it impossible. But at WEC Outsourcing, we believe that with hard work, resilience, and a shared commitment to excellence, this goal is not only achievable—it’s inevitable.

A Journey of Growth and Resilience ??

Since our inception, the journey has been one of both triumphs and trials:

  • We have seen high seasons, where our growth seemed unstoppable, and low seasons, where we earned less than what we compensated our team. Despite this, we survived the odds, learned from every challenge, and came out stronger.
  • We’ve expanded our client base significantly, partnering with incredible organizations such as Global Now IT, DP World, HBCU Connect, Telerion, QA Venue Solutions, Le Pole Energie, and others. Each of these partnerships has fueled our growth and strengthened our resolve.

While 2023 and 2024 didn’t see us hitting the halfway mark of our 2025 target, we made substantial progress. And as we enter this critical year, we’re determined to work harder than ever to achieve what may seem impossible.

The Plan for 2025: New Projects, New Opportunities ?

To achieve our goal, we are launching exciting new projects and expanding into high-potential sectors:

  1. L2 Tech Support Expansion Starting January-February 2025, we will onboard a Level 2 Tech Support team specializing in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. This project is not big, but a key milestone as we have been surrounded by entry level outsourcing assignments.
  2. Hospitality Expansion We aim to create 300 new jobs in the hospitality sector, focusing on roles in Online Travel Agency (OTA) services, remote reception, event management, and white-labeled workforce provision. These opportunities will empower Rwandan professionals to provide world-class support to global clients.
  3. Continuous Hiring By February 2025, we plan to onboard: 30 people in hospitality, And continue expanding across all our service areas, creating more pathways for talented individuals to join the WEC Outsourcing family.
