3+1 Strategies To Launch Your Programs or Services

I am on my way to Cheltenham to speak at the Women Business Club.
I have been supporting this club for almost one year now, and I love their mission and the community they have created.
I am going to be talking about visibility, pr, media, and connecting with influencers.
However, today, I wanted to share with you three strategies that will help you get more clients.
Because if you don't know how to get in front of the right people and convert them into clients, you can be the best in the world and no one will know about it.
These are the three strategies I use every time I launch a new or existing program:
1) Quick-Launch:
In the Quick-Launch strategy, the aim is to get people to buy before you spend time creating the product or service.
You only need a concept and outline for this strategy to give you results.
The reason why this works it's because it will help you validate your idea fast and get money to fund the marketing activities for the proper launch.
This strategy works particularly well with existing clients or people that have been following you for a while and are ready to buy.
2) Joint Ventures
Creating partnerships and joint-ventures will help you get in front of a targetted audience of people that are already interested in your topic of expertise.
By tapping into someone else's community, you will be able to leverage the relationship and trust they have already built with the leader, so you don't have to spend months on building your authority in their eyes.
The best way to find partners is to start with people that are at a similar business stage.
If you are not known yet and you approach someone with a huge audience or industry leader, it's going to be very difficult even to get a response (unless you have built a previous relationship with them).
3) Live events or Webinars
Live events and webinars are incredible because they allow you to create buzz around what you are launching and gather all the people that are interested in what you do in a single place.
In this strategy, you will use a presentation designed to educate them on the process you use and how that will impact their life or business.
By creating a focal point and focusing your efforts on one primary way to convert viewers into clients, you will leverage the collective energy generated by a group of people that are coming together with the same intention.
4) Bonus
No matter what strategy you use, make it a priority to reach out to people personally.
Don't use webinars or social media to hide from a conversation, but use them to create a dialogue.
Otherwise, a large part of your efforts is going to get wasted.
In particular, if you don't have a big audience, a personal touch goes a long way.
