The Phoenix Business Journal recognized the top revenue-generating and fastest-growing businesses in the Valley on Thursday, Nov. 14, during the 30th annual Arizona Corporate Excellence (ACE) awards held at Warehouse215 in downtown Phoenix.
More than 300 guests were present to celebrate the top 50 private companies , 25 fastest-growing private businesses and 15 largest not-for-profit organizations . In addition, four specialty awards were?presented for?Rookie of the Year,?Community Impact, CEO of the Year and Innovator of the Year.

A Dallas-based publicly traded company that provides software to small-and-medium-sized businesses has acquired Chandler-based Keap in an $80 million cash transaction.
Thryv Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: THRY) on Oct. 31 closed its acquisition of the Arizona marketing and sales software automation company in what Thryv describes as a “strategic move” to expand its product offerings and build upon its standing in the software-as-a-service space.
The combined company will serve more than 100,000 subscribers. Some 300,000 businesses globally use Thryv’s products, according to a company announcement.

Arizona Complete Health Awards $1.5 Million in Capital Grants to Nonprofit Community Organizations Across the State
Arizona Complete Health, a Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) and the largest Medicaid health plan in Arizona, announced on Nov. 14 the distribution of more than $1.5 million in capital grants to 42 nonprofits, community organizations, and healthcare providers. The grants, ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 each, will help support the work being carried out by organizations that deliver programs and services to improve the health and well-being of the communities the organization serves, especially vulnerable and historically underserved communities.?
