So, if you are in a team, whether as team member or leader, and are tasked with helping others, you need to find time today to look at these videos on coaching and learn how it can benefit you, your team, and your organisation.

05. "The GROW Coaching Model Explained" from MTD Training

Many managers, when coaching their staff, don't know where to start. Others do, but, when coaching their staff, it has no structure and therefore becomes a waste of both people's time. The GROW model aims to provide the needed structure...

06. "Coaching People to Change Behaviour" from Ed Muzio

Getting someone to do something different is tricky. People like to do things the way they've always done them and get defensive when you give them advice. If you want to get people to do something differently, here are six rules to follow that will help you...

07. "Using Dilts' 5 Levels of Learning to Develop Your Team" from Ed Muzio

09. "Coaching the Uncoachable" from Bluepoint Leadership Development

Sadly, when speaking on the topic of the leader as coach, the first question I usually hear is not, "What is the most potent thing I can do to improve my effectiveness as a coach?", but, rather, "What can I do with the people on my team who are uncoachable?"...
