At 3:00 PM your local time... Remember and Pray

Prayer is a dialogue of love.
This Memorial Day, observed on the last Monday of May, we honor the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military. Since our nation's founding, nearly 1.4 million souls have been died fighting in combat. Less reported, but equally deserving of remembrance, are the thousands of service men and women who have died in training.
"Congress called on the people of the United States, in a symbolic act of unity, to observe a National Moment of Remembrance to honor the men and women of the United States who died in the pursuit of freedom and peace." This national moment of remembrance takes place at 3:00 p.m. your local time.
Christians also recall the time of 3:00 PM in the Gospel of Matthew 27:46 is when "Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?”* which means, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”
Because of COVID-19, many of us cannot attend Memorial Services today. Mark your calendars for 3:00 PM to remember and pray for those who died in service to our nation.
P.S. Please read (click here) the following article from 2017 about the first Medal of Honor recipient awarded by President Obama to Sergeant First Class Jared Monti, who epitomized the kind of love a true leader of good will possesses.
