The 300 +Followers barrier has been broken. More barriers ahead.

Twice a day I am on the train with people I do not know. Very defined time box of 30 minutes, completely sealed from the rest of my life by the gates of two trains stations. My challenge is to think of an idea, take a picture, write the headline and text, design the cover and publish an interesting post… while I am on the train.

You know me, everything must be branded, so “THE DAILY TRAINER” Is born.

With very little help on my side, "The Daily Trainer" community has grown during January by 50 more +followes. That is 50 more people from different countries that were organically exposed to The Daily Trainer and found it interesting and valuable for them and made the decision to follow and actually did it.

For me, knowing that so many people find interest in my thoughts and blog writing is magical, and the fact that the community is rapidly growing is a source of pride and responsibility.

For a new project, I am building a new team. So I was thinking about what is the team spirit I like it to have. That was my thought this morning as I got on the train platform and came across this amazing group with hundreds of high school students, full of teen spirit.

Wow-what a great energy.

? 222: Night. January, 28th. 2020:

Some people need security. Job security. Steady relationship. A desktop PC. Even when everything around them is changing, and it is clear that the old ways and technologies are not fitting anymore, they will hold on to the security of tradition.

This guy onboarding the train with a desktop PC, made me smile to my MacBook, that one day will be obsolete as well.

At your work, are you an early adopter that embraces change and push to find new and better solutions, or are you happy with things as they are?

? 223: Morning. February, 2nd. 2020:

It is like these two trains are taken out of the Mello-Yello Drag Race, each with its enormous engine and the horsepower to move mountains.

Every day is a race, every moment. Whether we admit it or not, everything we do is a competition. It's our company against its competitors. Our team against the other teams. It's your idea against everyone else's. It's about the next quarter bonus and who wants it the most.

A race can be wone by 1/100 of a second. Beeing better by 1% of a second will make you a Winner, a Champion, a Living Legend. How important is it for you to improve your performance by 1%?

You can disagree, but you better be ready for the race.

? 224: Sunset. February, 4th. 2020:

About 96 trains are passing through this station every day, only this one shines. Timing plays a key factor in its success as it enters the station exactly at the golden hour of sunset.

At work, you are doing your best on the professional level, but so is everybody else. Pay attention to the clock and plan your timing carefully. Present your ideas and projects at the decision-maker's golden hour, so your work will shine like no other.

? 225: Morning. February, 5th. 2020:

Like a knight staying with his horse in the stables. Like a Yorkshire farmer sitting in the local pub with his trusted dog. So are us, the electric scooters riders. They take care of us, we take care of them. It is a bond.

At work, are you taking care of your equipment? Are you really bonding with your "support" partners and give them a reason to be loyal beyond their call of duty? Make it a task until it will come naturally.
