30 Years later, the Story of How, and Why, ETFs were Created

I am excited to announce the release of The Elusive Trade, my book which tells the story of how, and why, #ETFs were created. Surprisingly, its story had not been fully told before. Bits and pieces to the ETF’s story were scattered over several books and articles. Some had the basic story in a nutshell. But no one had put together the full story of how one of the most innovative, and investor-friendly securities came to be created. Readers might be surprised to discover that the ETF’s story is several overlapping stories, (CIPs, TIPs, SuperTrusts, and #SPDRs and WEBS) and includes a number of innovative and imaginative people who helped bring the ETF to the market.
