  1. Start with small goals: Don't try to do too much at once. Break your big goals into smaller ones.
  2. Get some help:?It's okay to ask others to do some work for you so you have more time for the most critical income-producing tasks.
  3. Take care of yourself: Make sure to sleep well, eat good food, and play and exercise. This will make you feel sharper and more productive.?
  4. Make more money:?When you feel much better and happier, you will make more money!
  5. Get support: Having a support group, a mentor or coach will made all of the difference from.
