30 Second Startup Nuggets: Observe, Orient, Decide, Act

Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act (also called OODA loop) is a four step process can create opportunities and convert them into advantages.

At a simplest level, you can optimize your own OODA loop. At advanced levels, you recursively anticipate your opponents' OODA loop and outmaneuver them. The startup withe a more efficient and accurate OODA loop can gain disproportional advantages against superior competition.

That's how you roll in a startup. If you can't do that, you should go work for your favorite dinosaur company.
