The guarantee, was "30 minutes or it's free." This provided customers a win no matter the outcome. On one hand you receive a pizza within half an hour of ordering and on the other you receive a free pizza if its past the 30 minute timeline.
Here we are today and the last thing we want to do is wait around for a solution. Whether it's a pizza for dinner, standing in line to check out of your local supermarket, or ready for the next green light as you idle in stand still traffic.
