A 30% Increase In Revenue

When we first started working together, Dan was struggling with the challenges of running a business with 10 employees and managing all aspects of the business himself - marketing, sales, operations, admin, project delivery, client relationships, strategy, vision, direction etc.?

1) The 5 Pillars of Change training for himself and his team which is focusing only on skills & skills development in the areas specifically required to achieve the goals and vision for the business.

2) Understanding his and his team’s highest dollar productive activities which are the activities in their business which give them the highest financial return for their time investment.

3) Removing the overwhelm from needing to do 'all the things in his business' to focusing on his right next thing as the Managing Director and keeping things on track, focused and moving.?

Now the biggest win for Dan has been removing the generalist mindset & focus of the business as well as letting go of & saying no to the generalist work.

This has allowed him to focus in on their specialist niche in the market which has resulted in an increase in revenue of 30%, 5 x their profit margins on the normal generalist work they were doing as well as working with better clients on work they actually enjoy.
