A 30 day challenge for you, with me.

Get more of you, back in your life.

Since 2015 I’ve been designing and testing a series of physical and professional ‘30 Day Challenges’ for professionals, and i'm excited to now make it available to more people.

These challenges help people who Think for a living reinvest in themselves, get grips on their headspace and offer small wins that they can fully own.  Success and progress that’s just for them.

Not for their client.

Not for their team.

Not for their bosses.

Not for their partner.

Not even for their kids.  

Progress that’s just for them.

Why? As Thinkers we give so much of ourselves away. Everyday we turn up and give ourselves in every interaction we have.  Our thoughts, our emotions, our care, our passion, our words and of course our physical presence to all those who ask (and even to those who don’t).  And yet, no one calls ‘Time Out’ on that. So much tacit value going unrecognised, daily.

And it goes on and on. We find ourselves sitting in that meeting that’s overrunning, again. Walking to the train station on a cold winter's day to get in a bit earlier (with everyone else), or looking for a desk that we can stand at, just so we feel a little more alive in our work.

But where is the space, time and care that replenishes all of that which we give away?

What if we put just 1% of that energy back into ourselves each day?  I bet you’d feel like you accomplished something positive that day even if the rest of it went to the dogs.  That’s what I care about, that’s what ‘30 Days of You' is about.  It’s physicality coaching for professional Thinkers, a part of The Dojo, and something I hope resonates with those who feel this imbalance like I did.

The 30 Days of You are structured challenges which are based on my first hand experiences studying, training and learning from elite communities and brands around the world. From completing the Most Intense Fitness Challenge in the world, learning how to redefine conflict through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and how new kinds of physical movement opens up neurological pathways for solving problems.

I’d like to invite you into sampling some of those worlds, and find growth through that process together.  

Here’s how it works.

  1. Get in touch on LinkedIn, via instagram @tonyclement or check out the page for more details and we can have a chat to see if this is right for us.
  2. If it is, I'll design a 30 day program for you. Based on your personal and professional baseline, your goals and blocks that you want to break through.
  3. You’ll then get a program that micro-doses you with challenges, training and techniques from a variety of high performance communities over a continuous 30 day period, for about 15 mins a day.
  4. From start to finish, I will be your Accountability Partner. Always there to guide you through the challenge, answer questions, offer techniques and when appropriate do the work with you. #dresstosweat
  5. Finally, we learn and integrate. After the challenge we run an Integration Session together, where we review the experience of what you learned and how you can integrate this into your day to day.
