3 Years at Valeo

This month marks my three successful years at Valeo.

Here is the 8 most important things I have learned :

1.Never underestimate the organization, especially when you are inside the organization you simply don't realize the value as you did?during the interview. The heaps of messages which I am receiving nowadays emphasize this value even more.

2.There is no matter which task thrown at you, there is always much more to learn in each and everything. In this beautiful span of three years,I have handled even small data entry task as well and at the same time the viable prototype too. So build trust with small task and march forward.

3.Time to self is must. There is no project in this world are not urgent. Projects are always meant to be urgent, So handle it wisely without overdoing it. There should always be me time in your work schedule.

4.You just need not to know everything in an organization, you just need to know where to get it when you need it. Its not a sin to not know everything but it is when you dont know whom to reach to when you get a specific problem.

5.Dont hang around with the folks who complains all the time and saying this cant be done that cant be done. Go find a people who accomplish and motivates you all the time.

6.Your career is not in your hands , Its in your boss. I am fortunate enough to land among a people who showered too much trust on me and made me push harder every time.

7.There are times when you hit the wall and have nowhere to proceed forward. Be known that you are not alone and you dont need to solve this alone. There are people , You just need to find the right ones to lean on.

8.The last most important thing, There are difference between colleagues and friends. All people you speak in your organization is not your friends.??

I am eternally grateful to the Valeo for the opportunity, Its been a fantastic journey of 3 years and definitely much more to follow ahead.
