Please note that the title is mostly misleading, scroll down to get distracted by a repetitive “yellow zone” word, it has definitely something to do with the author’s lack of experience..

Think creative, avoid repeating mistakes, move out, co-ordinate with X, co-ordinate with X and his siblings, get the Job done, recharge, go the extra mile, work hard, work harder, take initiative, office lag, Info in, Info out, oops, Info out again, revise, revisit, learn, price, client, omg, Client is of a capital “C”! , mission accomplished, well done and happy 3rd anniversary.

These casual phrases frightens me a lot in my 3rd professional anniversary, I came across a new work trend as well; the “People element” nightmare. Good morning Junior, you need to pick up your yellow zone twice per day and you’re safe.

Yellow is the color of peace, energy, determination and it is definitely of no harm. Yellow zone is a zone to be maintained and expanded if you are keen to celebrate your 4th anniversary, Junior.

Junior is an overwhelming experience, a trial and error phase that pushes you to your extreme, a smooth evil beneficial rush that expands your maximum. Do you have a maximum? You should not.

Challenges, ups, downs, disappointment, hope, success, little little success, junior success, learn, experience, focus, info, knowledge, all being Professional elements requires a junior of no “maximum” nature. Not only no maximum, a person that knows how to keep their yellow zone safe, that is only a junior compensation, because money is not an enough compensation for a junior in any way.

Enough confusion, let’s try to get this all together in an understandable way for all junior creatures in order to have this as inspiring and beneficial as it may be; a systematic, clear, solid read is the one to lean on and build up on your career dreams, but didn’t I mention that the words “system, clear, solid “are not of much use in a Junior dictionary, surprisingly, you will find your own depending on your Yellow zone capacity.

Final reminder that is worth to always keep in mind until you celebrate your xth Professional anniversary, is that this is not a pessimistic article at all. It is only a Yellow article reflecting an exceptionally normal junior’s life, recall it twice a day and you are safe …
