3 Years in 3 minutes with Analogy

We have been through a lot as a team in these last 3 years- both good and bad, but for me what has been important is that we have been through that together. When I initially decided to start a studio from being an independent consultant, i did so because i was bored of working alone and i wanted to have like minded people working together. At Analogy, we have been lucky to work with great individuals, because we have always believed in hiring people with strong character, resolve and a vision.

I have had the good fortune of listening to my team's feedback, their frustrations and their joy. I get to experience all these emotions through these amazing individuals. As for our core beliefs, they will always be firmly rooted in our first principles as a studio and we will continue to believe in the positivity of talented individuals and help nurture and build individuals without discriminating against anyone. With the advent of Ai and ML and exponential technologies driving most of the heavy tasks, which could include coding, creating art to look as realistic as possible, even taking great photography. In such a time our greatest asset would be people and investing in developing talented, driven individuals to bring in varied perspective and to innovate via conceptual thinking questioning the norms of human life to make it better.

At Analogy, we have always believed that, asking the right question is more important than providing the right answer.

Whether it was our move from our own studio to a co working space to be amongst people or whether it has been changing our branding from Artifact Design to Analogy, all decisions have been driven through our quest to answer the right questions.

We all have bad times and as a leader, I will continue to be empathetic with my team. We are at a critical growth phase at our India Studio and we have some amazing updates coming up soon. I wanted to also thank our awesome clients who have stood with us through thick and thin and supported us on this amazing journey. After all, we are in the business of fostering relationships.

We will continue to drive innovation, human spirit, better thinking and enjoy our times together. There have been times when I was extremely unhappy and i was lucky to find some amazing mentors to help me get clarity from an unbiased point of view. They have given me great perspective and I am grateful for these leaders and thinkers who believe in my vision and help us better ourselves. Finally thanks to all of you, who have supported us in our journey including our partners, well wishers and everyone on our social channels. Continue to support us and follow us on these social channels about our journey forward and stay in touch. We love hearing from you.#design #studio #team #3yrsold #anniversary #analogy
