3 Years Later: 1 Billion Views Per Month

With more than 20 Million followers on Instagram, almost 1 Billion views a month on Instagram and 2 Million app downloads, it is time to tell our story!

In the summer of 2013, I started 433 along with my business partners Demy de Zeeuw and Juul Manders and co-owner Rogier Deelstra. We decided to put all our focus on gaining followers on social media, without any revenue model for the short term. This vision started to pay off shortly after this, with growing to a million followers a year later. Nowadays our main Instagram account @433 has almost 13 million fans. Overall we have more than 20 millions followers on all our social media pages.

Today 433 is one of the three biggest social media brands on Instagram if it comes to video views: 200 million a week. Every single post hits at least 1 million views and 200.000 likes. 

Not only "ordinary men and women" liked what we did, famous footballers like Cristiano Ronaldo, Ronaldo Lima, Mesut ?zil, Paul Pogba, Gerard Piqué, David Luiz, Luka Modric, Eden Hazard, Marcelo, Thiago Silva, Mario G?tze, Falcao, Xabi Alonso, Roberto Carlos, Kevin de Bruyne and hundreds of big names are following us.

Where others didn't take Instagram that serious for a long time ("You can only post photos and you can't even add a direct link"), we knew Instagram was going to change any time soon to make it a more serious platform for advertisement. This week, Instagram added a possibility to add a URL to Instagram Stories. This gives us - and our advertisers - a lot more options. 

This week we've rebranded our logo: a new design, but the characteristic '4' and the striking bright yellow are still there. What do you think?
