3 ways we "deal with it"

There are three ways we deal with difficult stuff...
I can tell you that I screwed this up for a long time (and still do sometimes ), so I wanted to share it with you.
When I say difficult, I mean... anger, fear, sadness, anxiety, etc.?
You know the yucky emotions that all "tough guys" pretend not to have.
We can suppress them.? I was a champion at this.? This doesn't end well :)
We can escape them.? I dominated this method as well
We can express them.? I know what you're thinking... gross!
Look, you need a place to deal with emotions and talk about it...?
For some people, that can be a therapist...
For others, maybe that's God or your creator...
For many people I work with, oftentimes it's me.
I realize that I just placed myself in the same conversation with a licensed professional and GOD :)
Seriously though, I'm not a therapist or a higher power... but,?many of my clients tell me everything.??
It's because they can...
It's because I listen without judgement...
It's because I've heard it all and done most of it...
It's because I sat in your seat...?
At least these are the things I have been told...by them
So look, it's not important that you talk to me.?
But it is important that you talk to someone.?
