It pains me when I hear people say "the world of online coaching, courses, and info-products is over-saturated."
While it is true that the likes of:
“Turn your skill into an online business!!!” has led biz-opp seekers to ditch their MLM and pivot to doing their own thing...
...I’ve identified 3 things that have allowed me to scale to multiple-7 figures in profit, before the time my friends got done with the University business degree I also started on....
One thing that breaks my heart is that we’ve all been led to believe that you can “make 7 figures in 3 months” right off the bat. Before they’ve even generated just $10k in a month, newbies start questioning if “it’s” really for them.
And, while a lot of these biz owners are great in their area of expertise (let’s refer to them as ‘experts’).
…They look to getting certifications to make themselves “more attractive.”
...They launch an online course to have something more “automated.”
...And they start selling “hourly coaching sessions” to just bring something in.
But, the people who help people who are succeeding head and shoulders above everyone else…
They’re doing none of the above, and they aren’t slaving away over social media, either.
In fact, these successful experts are spending much less time marketing. And more time doing the work they love.
So, how are they making it happen when the rest of the industry is wondering “is it time that I pivot back to my day job?”
Ok ok ok - what the bacon is an “impact offer”?!
Put simply, it’s a method of delivering coaching which allows you to charge up to 6x more than an online course, while getting your clients the same results as 1:1 coaching or consulting.
Having helped hundreds (probably thousands) of experts scale online businesses at this point, the number one thing my clients have said to me is “but people come to ME because they want ME.”
Seriously - if I had a dollar…
Anyhow, I don’t mean to crush your ego buuuut… Your people are there to get a result. If they liked you that much, they’d ask you on a date.
If they’re attracted to you for you, then make the most of that in your MARKETING. Not in your client fulfilment. Nobody scaled by selling time. Hiring is key, do it fast.
...Instead, they GET PROACTIVE.
Outbound marketing sounds super salesy, but when you couple it with Permission-Based Relationship Marketing, you hit the ground running.
“What is Permission Based Relationship Marketing?!” - Great question.
PBRM is where you ONLY focus on building relationships with people whose permission you have. Followers, those who are seeking help in your zone of genius…
Then, once you’re inside the DMs (messenger), keep it casual and low pressure. Nobody likes talking to someone who’s clearly following a script.
You can scale this by creating your own OUTCOME-FOCUSED METHOD - this is much better than a script, because it ensures that you only move onto X part of the conversation once you’ve already covered W (yep, I did just have to sing the alphabet song to figure that out). People want to feel heard. And, they want to trust you before they hire you. Building a real relationship will allow you to stand out. Think about your own buying behaviour! You’ll surely be more likely to get on a call with someone if they’ve been thoughtful in messenger beforehand…
...The best USP is to know your ideal client better than ANYBODY else.
Once you’ve dialled your method in, build teams around it and scale that way before jumping to try and launch more and more new things.

4 年I don't think the market is saturated, because not every person is going to resonate with the same one. There is more than enough clients and space to create a business for everyone, and demand is only great - it shows there is enough interest ??
