3 Ways to Be a More Effective Leader
Marissa Allen (Nash)

Being a leader requires you to be on your A-game a heck of a lot of the time.
You might be a leader in your office, as a mom, as a wife, as a small group leader, as a volunteer.
No matter what space you lead in, I want to challenge you to increase your effectiveness by following these 3 simple hacks.
To be effective means to be successful in producing a desired or intended result.
So, let's do this.
1. Be consistent
Choose one consistent day of the week that you will do one consistent thing.
Here are two examples:
On Monday mornings I will wake up at 5:00am every week
On Tuesday nights I will go to the 5:30pm yoga class
Try it for just 1 month and see what happens.
2. Get focused
Start your day by getting focused on what you want to accomplish.
The key here is keeping it simple.
Write down the 3 most important things that you want to accomplish for the day.
That's right, just 3.
Having too many "to do's" can be overwhelming. Let's simplify. I bet you'll love the results.
3. Leverage your calendar
This is one of my go-to tips for women who are struggling with managing their time effectively.
Use your calendar and block off time for almost every activity you want to accomplish.
I block time off on my calendar for cooking, cleaning, showering, working out, studying for school, doctors appointments, client appointments, and a lot more.
If it matters to you, it should be on your calendar.
. . . . .

I work with female leaders to help you accomplish more, find confidence
& live intentionally.
