3 Ways to Instantly Change Your State

In life you will go through seasons.
For most of us as we go through this literal season of winter with arctic temperatures and Covid fatigue settling in it can be easy to retreat from your goals and just settle in and wait for spring.
I decided to disrupt that tendancy for myself by recently attending a 5 day virtual Tony Robbins conference and learned how I can take control of my state.
Although there is a lot of variables we can’t control in our lives right now with the pandemic and my heart goes out to everyone who have suffered losses during this period whether it was a job, business or a loved one... the one aspect we can control is our state.
I learned that we can instantly change and control our own STATE through three ways:
1. physiology (moving your body and awareness of our body language and postures);
2. the language we say both mentally and externally;
3. where we put our focus and mental energy.
The next time you feel yourself going into a mental or emotional dips take 10 minutes to be aware of these three areas and make some quick adjustments to get back on track.
