3 Ways I'm Raising My Ceiling For 2025

Hitting your ceiling is INEVITABLE

We have hit a ceiling this year, chugging along from 3.8 million sales last year to likely landing at 4-4.2 million total sales by the end of this year…

2 Million OFF from my 6 million goal. ??

BUT, HERE’S WHY I’M EXCITED:

Businesses expand in spurts, by smashing through a series of ceilings. ??

Reaching these natural limits of your existing resources is a BYPRODUCT of growth and a company’s need to continually adjust its state if it hopes to expand through the next ceiling. ??

You will hit ceilings and it’s important to understand this and when it’s time to adjust/seek insight…

GROWTH is your only option.

There are 3 areas of ceilings:

Organizational, Departmental and Individual

Many companies focus on external growth only, when internal growth is JUST AS IMPORTANT for future greatness.

It’s the old adage…what got you here, won’t get you there.

Here’s the paradox…You grow faster externally in the long run if you start with internal growth from the outset.

The idea sharing, the confidence you get to try new things, the camaraderie on a tough day to get through it...It's not only easier to do business when you surround yourself with like minded entrepreneurs, but it's FUN!!!? Remember, if you are gunning for a 7-figure a year business...you are looking to be in the 4% of business owners…Friends like that don't FALL IN YOUR LAP. I learned a long time ago, this is a PAY TO PLAY room, where people invest for the quality of people at the table.?

3??Leaning in and doing the work needed to lead and transform my company.

It's the season where I'm rolling up my sleeves as the CEO and making structural and organizational changes necessary for the hypergrowth ahead. I'm finding the gear to match the investment and move the needle!! ??
