I roll up my sleeves and work with everyone because I believe no Team Member is beneath or above me,” he said. “I treat everyone with respect, kindness and dignity.”

Just because he’s a manager doesn’t mean Satish ignores his team’s input, either. “I encourage sharing knowledge among the team and involving them in decision-making. For example, we hold meetings where Team Members can present new ideas or solutions to ongoing problems. This allows us to improve and address any challenges as they come.”
