3 Ways to a High-Revenue and High-Profit Consulting & Coaching Business with Time and Freedom to Enjoy the $$.

Oh, the Coaching and Consulting life!

Have you ever thought to yourself...I didn't sign up for this! I certainly did when I started my coaching/consulting business over twelve years ago. I was exhausted and NOT making the money I wanted.

--->I quickly realized I had created a not-so-lovely job for myself.

--->I was spending hours and hours a week networking to find clients.

--->I was running around doing meetings with people to try to get referrals.

--->I was running around to clients' businesses to work with them. UGH!

It kept me tied down, and the money I was making was limited.

I had to take a step back and redesign my business to make the money I wanted and do all the things I wanted and love to do. I didn't want to be limited on money or free time. So now I help coaches and consultants do this in their business and life too!

I get it! ??Here are three ways to have a multiple-six figure and beyond ??business without living in your business.

  1. INCREASE YOUR PRICES WHILE WORKING LESS WITH CLIENTS - Increase your pricing and leverage your time with clients by restructuring how you deliver your services. There are many ways to shave hours off of client work while still delivering results and a fantastic client experience. For example, if you want a coaching or consulting business that can make at least $500,000, it only takes ten clients at $50,000 or twenty at $25,000. This is a more streamlined and simplified business that can multiply your money.
  2. HIGH-LEVEL MASTERMINDS - If you haven't yet leveraged the power of a 1 to Many offer to work with clients, you are missing out. Looking at the numbers in #1, you can use this same model in a high-level mastermind or cohort.

I take six people for each of my Expert In You Business Accelerator Masterminds in my business. I meet with clients only a few hours a month. I run the groups on the same day at different times to optimize my schedule. This one-to-many offer allows me to impact more people without exhaustion and multiply my money without giving away too much of my time. I help my clients do the same thing.

3. NEXT LEVEL MARKETING STRATEGIES - How can you get in front of as many of your perfect ideal clients as possible? This needs to be the focus versus looking for one client at a time. Here are several ways I use and teach my clients to use to be able to do this.

  • Speaking
  • Podcasting
  • Leveraging other people's audiences (guest podcasting, speaking, training)
  • Virtual and Live events (both your own events and partnering with others)
  • Build your audience and step up your social media strategy
  • Workshops and seminars
  • Get featured in publications, on TV, on radio, and other media opportunities
  • JV partnerships
  • Paid advertising
