What we can do is, take some time out of our weekend and just connect with our friends and family and promise to see or speak to them again after the work week.
For people who stay away from families and work in a different city, you must make sure that you are communicating with at least one person in your life - whom you love the most :)

From the beginning of Sundays, we try to anticipate that we might encounter something difficult. We may lose the deadline or make certain errors, that is just - not acceptable.
It is vital that we just approach Mondays with an optimistic attitude and not with a worried one.
What is meant to be - will be and will pass! Why do you want to think of something that hasn’t occurred yet?
