3 Top Tips for making 2017 your healthiest year!

For lots of reasons January is such an important month when it comes to health and fitness, and I have always told my clients that when you set yourself up for success in January...you set yourself up for success for the rest of the year. 

Today I want to share with you Rob Hillier’s 3 top tips, that I've learned will help you crush the rest of January and the rest of the year. 

1. Kill the Negative

Negative thoughts, negative people, negative situations— avoid them like the plague they are. Don’t let your thoughts or the comments of others convince you that you won’t succeed. Instead, cut the negative out of your life and focus on your next task, next accomplishment, next success.

2. Never be Afraid of Failure

Don’t let the fear of getting something wrong stop you from getting anything right. YOU WILL FAIL. Get over your fear of it, learn from it to get past it, and don’t let it keep you from succeeding.

3. Ruthlessly Manage Your Time

We’re all given 24 hours in a day, but some people get a lot more productivity in than others and end up achieving their life goals soon.

The secret to success is managing your time and learning to shut out distractions, negative thoughts and people so that you can focus on the things that matter. Channel your energies to the priorities in your life and make sure one of your priorities is YOU.
