??3 Tools For Focused, Fresh, Calm & Productive Week.

Tool # 1: The One-Minute Method


A client had been procrastinating on his outbound sales for 6-months.


''If I don't make this work, I have to quit on my dream and return to my old job.'', he said.


Little did we know that in 20 minutes we’d have a plan, and he sent out his first offer.


A 1-minute method was born and I now use it fairly regularly with clients and myself.


Example from the past week:


Client: ‘’I have an offer to send to a client, but I keep procrastinating on it, it’s such a massive opportunity, but I'm stuck.’’


‘’Teri, imagine that you had to finish the whole offer in one 1-minute, what would you do in that one minute?’’


She explains.


‘’Great, let’s do that right now, let me take time, 59, 58, 57…’’


‘’Wow, what a relief, I know exactly what to do next, I’ll finish it after our session.’’, she says.


Why does this work?


Often we procrastinate because we overthink it and focus on finishing the project/task, while it’s much more effective to focus on getting started.


The ease and motivation you can give to yourself simply by asking ‘’what would I do if right now I had to finish _______ in 1 minute?’’

(Let’s remember that planning is a way to guide our brain and clarity leads to being calm & confident).

What is the first 1-minute step for each priority?


What small adjustment would add extra creativity and freshness to your week?
