3 tips for increased productivity

3 tips for increased productivity

After spending the summer with family, recalibrating and taking stock from 2023, my creative thoughts have kicked into gear as I map out the year ahead.

What's simmering right now?

?

Leadership has been a passion and pursuit of mine for many years. From the recent conversations and workshops I have run, it’s clear that what leaders need the most right now is time.

?

-??????? Time to reflect. What is working and what needs re-working?

-??????? Time to plan.? Ensuring there is allocated time for high quality thinking

-??????? Time to connect with other people who live and breathe at the same tempo.

?

While the intensity of daily operations is exhilarating, the necessity to carve out time for personal development and training is critical to long term alignment and sustained performance.

?

Here are my top 3 recommendations:

?

- ?Saying No. Yes, it’s that simple.

- ?Turning off your phone. Try for an hour. Even better for a day!

- ?Schedule it. What gets scheduled gets done.

At the core of the training and coaching I do, are high quality curated experiences to give you time, energy and the mindset you need to THRIVE. I love crafting them and I love executing them.

?

What’s cooking?

If that’s sparked your interest, here is how I can align you and your leaders with their goals this year:

?-??????? A range of masterclasses and workshops that empower rich conversations, enable peak performance and bring teams together to turn ideas in action. Some of the popular options include Aligned Leadership and Self Leadership.

-??????? Management Accelerator Program. This 4 session virtual training program is perfect for emerging leaders, providing the tools and techniques to impact their teams.

?-??????? Coaching and Mentoring. This 6 month program is transformative for leaders looking to hit the next level in their personal and professional careers.

?

Are you carving out time to align to your goals?
