Mom is cooking breakfast and packing lunch for baby bro.
Baby bro is watching TV and getting ready for school.
I have an interview coming up soon.
And to go to the tailor to pick up a shirt and dress pants.
It's raining outside — 47 degrees here in New York.
Let's talk about 3 tips to handle burnout.
------------------------------
I ended up with burnout a few weeks ago.
It put a stress on my body.
And it can make you feel tired.
I learned from a friend how to handle it better.
Here are 3 tips I learned to handle burnout:
1. Make sure you get support from the right people.
It's important to seek help.
Help can come in the form of:
Make a list of people in each group.
Reach out.
Let them know what you are going through.
And what steps they took to handle burnout.
It's the best way to get the help you need.
2. Embrace healthy habits.
Resting is a great way to rest your body.
You can walk outside.
I see senior citizens walk on the sidewalk.
And runners who run alone or with a group of people.
Keep yourself active.
Or go to a gym.
Meditation is good for relaxing the mind.
Take a break when you can.
Do something to relax and be well.
3. Address the cause of the burnout.
The only way things get better is when you make a plan and take action.
No matter how you feel, burnout is real.
Change your environment if you have to.
Get the help you need.
I did and you can do it too.
Your health matters.
See you in the next one!
Talk soon,
Craig

13 小时前I too face burnouts, but it happens only when I work a lot on my office work. But when I put the same efforts on my writing, I hardly feel burnouts. Instead I want more, despite tiredness. So, lack of passion plays an important part in facing burnout.
